Valley Senior Solutions in collaboration with Freedom Eldercare® have joined forces to provide a much needed community service for older adults and those who care for them. Together, we provide a single source of medical, social, and educational support -- all designed for the needs of seniors.
How Can We Help?
Valley Senior Solutions and Freedom Eldercare® provide comprehensive medical, home care, geriatric care management, and other support services to seniors and their care-givers.
Whether it be in-home medical care, education, transportation to medical appointments or searching for the best long term care facility, we provide answers and assist older adults to obtain the services they need.

How do I access services?
Simply call (201) 291-6213 to arrange a meeting with a professional case manager. The manager will explain the program and visit you at home to conduct a comprehensive assessment of how Valley Senior Solutions can best help you. There is no fee for this assessment.
After the assessment, a plan of care that fits your needs will be designed. With your approval, services will begin.
Who Benefits?
There are two groups who benefit from Valley Senior Solutions:
- Anyone age 60 and over who needs home care, assistance with financial or other matters, or the latest information in eldercare issues.
- Those who must care for older adults but find it difficult due to time or distance constraints. With a Valley Senior Solutions case manager monitoring the health and well being of the older adult, caregivers find peace of mind.
